No personal effects are allowed to be shipped on a RORO service. As for sole use container shipping, you may add some personal effects; however we will have to create a partition between the boxes and vehicle which will be an additional charge, depending on the volume of personal effects.
The more information we receive, the more accurate our quote will be. The RORO service is calculated on the volume of your vehicle, so we will need to know the dimensions before confirming our rates.
We require a deposit payment of £500.00 together with your acceptance form, which secures your removal date and packing crew. The balance of payment is required prior to your shipment departing UK waters.
We accept most forms of payment – cash, cheque, debit and credit card or online transfer. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for any credit card and 4% for Amex.
For air freight allow between seven to 10 days, providing that we have received all of your correctly completed forms AND a copy of the picture page of your passport. For deep sea shipments allow between four to 12 weeks, depending on destination. For European destinations, please allow up to three weeks transit time.
We will courier you the Bills of Lading to your destination address and provide the destination agent who will assist you in customs clearance. Please ensure that you arrange car insurance so you can collect your car from the destination depot.
