UK shipping officials under fire for planned coastguard closures

Government officials in charged of UK shipping were given an impassioned plea by Scotland transport minister Keith Brown to reverse course on their decision to close eight coastguard centers in a massive restructuring, including Clyde and Forth Coastguard in Scotland.
